Some areas are creating a student leader development program during the school year and using SLP as the capstone experience in the summer. Reach out to Cesar Castillejos to learn more about how to use SLP within your discipleship plan.

Be on an SLP assigned team.
SLP is part of the National Training Office and is a staff development opportunity for rising, new, and veteran YL Staff. If you want to stretch yourself as a leader, reach out to our team and we'll send you the position descriptions for our Assigned Teams.

Serve and love beyond the boundaries of your comfort and experience, as we walk with students who have a deep desire to grow in their faith.
Serve on a cross-divisional A-Team that is intentionally diverse in age, ethnicity, and ministry experience.
